Zumba® A fitness class that fuses Latin rhythms and easy to follow moves to create a dynamic fitness class. Inspired by Latin dance and music, Zumba® uses a variety of styles in its routines, including cumbia, merengue, salsa, reggaeton, mambo, rumba, flamenco, and hip-hop. I promise to make you sweet, smile and move your body in this hour long class.

Sassy Hip Hop

Mondays | 7pm

Bring the attitude, bring the energy, and bring the sass—Sassy Hip Hop is where confidence meets choreography!

This all-levels dance class is designed to make you feel powerful, playful, and unapologetically YOU. Blending street-style hip hop with fierce, feminine flair, you’ll learn combos that are full of flavor, fire, and fun. Think hair flips, hard hits, and all the sass your soul can handle.

Each class starts with a warm-up to get you loose and confident, followed by technique drills and a choreographed combo that brings out your inner superstar. Whether you're a seasoned dancer or just here for the good vibes and sweat, this is your space to slay.

Femanate (heels)

First Monday of the Month | 8pm

You will dance in heels and feel your feels! Whether you're male or female, throw on those heels and come emanate your feminine energy-- FEMANATE. In heels classes, you can expect choreography to be flowy or heavy hitting or both. All levels are welcome. You will work some heels basics, though choreography.

Led by powerhouse instructors Christian and Tia, this class is all about building strength, control, and presence. Whether you’re strutting across the floor for the first time or leveling up your performance skills, Christian and Tia bring the perfect blend of technique, encouragement, and fierce choreography to help you shine.

Expect a warm-up focused on mobility and balance, drills to master heels fundamentals, and choreography that challenges you to embody confidence with every move. Each class feels like a music video moment—fun, fierce, and unforgettable.

What to bring:
👠 Heels are encouraged but not required—wear what makes you feel confident and supported.

Unstoppable Beats

Join Alex, a personal trainer and group fitness teacher with a heart pumping blend of dance cardio and strength training! Dance fitness utilizing diverse music and styles will be taught in this fun and huge calorie burning class. Want to try something new? Don't be afraid to step out of your comfort zone, Alex will break it all down for you. We are confident that you will have a ball in this class.

Commercial Jazz

Dancers will explore intricate rhythms, advanced turns, jumps, isolations, and stylized choreography inspired by both Broadway and commercial jazz.

Advanced Jazz is for dancers with a solid foundation in jazz technique who are comfortable picking up choreography quickly and eager to grow as artists and performers.

This class offers a steady flow of poses designed to increase flexibility, build strength, and calm the mind. Whether you're looking to unwind, improve your mobility, or add balance to your fitness routine, Vinyasa Yoga is your space to reset and recharge.
